In this course,  participants will be introduced to the four aptitudes of talent optimization, learn how to utilize talent data insights to understand what drives employees, and apply PI’s data-driven hiring approach to build high-performing teams and a positive culture.

During the online training, participants will experience five unique learning sessions. Each session includes live, instructor-led training, self-directed learning (20-30 minutes of pre-work before each session), and breakout room discussion with fellow participants. To ensure a positive learning environment, a short kick-off call will be held prior to the first session.
