George McColgan, President, has over thirty years’ experience as an advisor to client firms. He has helped companies use Predictive Index® to build stronger sales and management teams, improve their success rate in selecting and developing employees, and teach managers how to motivate their people to achieve their potential. George has an MBA from Harvard and an AB from Boston College.

 

 

Kim Galle

Senior Partner

Kim Galle has served as a Senior Consultant for over fifteen years. She skillfully and energetically teaches managers how to build stronger sales and management teams as well as how to motivate their people in order to achieve optimal potential. Kim's financial expertise as a CPA allows her to implement the PI® System with a keen awareness of how business decisions affect the bottom line. Kim has a BS from Canisius College.

Donna Baines

Client Engagement Partner

Donna Baines is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and Master Trainer of the Predictive Index®. She has spent the last four years immersed in PI® and it has become her passion to help all clients fully leverage the tool to achieve both their business and people goals. She has a BA from San Francisco State University and a background in advertising, telecommunications, and customer service.

 

 

Carla Rojas

Partner

Carla Rojas, a PI partner and Certified Master Trainer, has over twenty years’ experience as a human capital advisor, strategic business partner, and an executive coach. She has held executive HR roles at several advertising and media agencies in NYC. She now works with business owners specializing in team development by advising organizational leaders on how to hire, manage, and motivate using behavioral analytics. Carla received a BA from St. Thomas Aquinas College and an Executive Coaching accreditation from Columbia

In addition to being a PI® consultant for over fifteen years, Amy Johnson has twenty-five years’ experience running the retained search firm she founded, focusing on building teams for early stage and high growth businesses. She has a BSME from Union College and has held senior assignments at Texas Instruments and Apple. She has been honored by the NY Small Business Council for Entrepreneurial Enterprise and by the Center for Economic Growth as Technology Mentor of the Year.

 

 

Christina Owczarski

Christina Owczarski is a Partner, PI® Master Trainer and former PI® client. She has over twenty five years experience as a people strategy and operations executive for emerging high-growth companies in NYC. She partners with companies to translate their corporate goals into all people strategies to drive change, growth and results through developing capable leaders, engaged teams and purposeful cultures. Christina has an MA in Organizational Development from The New School and a BA from Goucher College.

Bob Duggan

Bob Duggan is a Certified Partner with over 20 years in progressive senior leadership roles in financial services and BPO organizations. Bob possesses a wealth of experience deploying leadership development, talent acquisition, and process optimization strategies for organizations. He first began working with PI in 1999. He was an early adopter; deploying PI across his operation, with a focus on hiring and staff development strategies. In addition to PI, Bob works with organizations in the logistics and Ed-tech space. He is a life long resident of Buffalo, NY, where Bob studied Early Childhood Education at Buffalo State College.

 

Chris Wessell

Chris Wessell is a certified Talent Optimization Consultant with over 17 years in talent acquisition, helping hundreds of clients develop job requirements and identify the best candidates. He first began working with PI in a hiring context, and quickly embraced the power of its other applications. In addition to PI, Chris works with clients on recruitment processes and systems, conducts retained searches. He has an MBA in Human Resource Information Systems for University at Albany, has been HRCI certified since 2009, and is a frequent speaker and panelist on the topic of talent acquisition and retention.

Ana Welsh is a PI partner and Leadership Coach with over ten years of experience as an executive in people operations and employee engagement in healthcare with emphasis on increasing retention and building sustainable company culture. Ana specializes in coaching first-time and mid-career leaders towards accelerated performance and interpersonal communication wins. She has a BA in multimedia journalism from Florida Atlantic University and a Professional Coaching accreditation from New York University.
